Can't wait for your posting take on the restructuring. Intersting to note the reference to the ARIE Trust, which is the entity which acquired a substantial interest in NET from interests associated with Tim Gooch. I'm surprised we haven't yet seen substantial shareholder notice from AIRE Trust as yet. At least shareholders will get to read all the detail no doubt in the notice of meeting, including all the related party transactions. Looks like existing shareholders are in for some more dilution....again. Good luck to holders.
