Yep - I certainly could do that.
A page on their website linking such resources would be a better option - save people telephoning them to ask for a url to be emailed to them.
But my point wasn't so much that I missed out on the webinar (I did - I couldn't attend as I had other commitments), but I did not have the opportunity to plan my time around it.
I ask again - why the short notice? Incompetence or ignorance?
