My tip is that these convertible notes will not all be issued.

If revenue grows as expected and the share price reaches 10 cents or above, the issue of these convertible notes would be too favourable for the investor to be considered good financial management.

At this time there is nothing to stop them company from then using other forms of finance if required. eg bank loans or overdraft or a series B convertible notes issue at more attractive rates for the company.
