I suspect that NET already has investors lined up for the convertible notes that they need to issue after first being approved by shareholders.

Also if they had any doubt about finding investors for converting the notes they would not have attaching options valued at 10 cents, it would have been at a lesser figure.

Time will tell but with sales projected to reach 15 million for the year and growing, I suspect they will have more than enough takers.
