I don't think this makes them vulnerable at all. When JP said licencing sounds boring (pretty understandable from a business perspective) he also said though (and I may be paraphrasing) that all options remain on the table. If a licencing deal is proposed that appears lucrative I have no doubt that this is what we will do.
I don't understand how we have no choice in our destiny merely because JP has stated a preference for a buyout? Or how this is makes us vulnerable? Could you elucidate?
