If this is indeed Acadia's plan I would imagine they should act soon otherwise I think the inaction on NNZ-2591 in Fragile X and RTT will hurt them long term. Despite Acadia's relatively week share price, they were close approaching a 300% premium to our valuation which makes acquiring us a lot easier. That figure since gone down somewhat after some share price recovery and the AUD strengthening against the USD . The last time Acadia has a similar (or larger premium) was back at the end of 2023 which just happens to be roughly when the first NNZ-2591 result was announced (December 2023)
