Any negotiations would definitely be covered under NDA/CIC. I doubt anyone is going to get any kind of confirmation outside of the vague references we already have to 'several interested parties' because this would not be in any suitors interest and they would ensure it is covered by an NDA or CIC (as it would push price higher and make their plan of acquisition harder). I would remove any expectations you have here. IMO, 'several interested parties' is enough anyway as it at least ensures some kind of competitive tension. Market doesn't agree but the market is not very smart a lot of the time.
