I hope they continue with the SBB. Either at the current price (and below) or in opportune times as the price dips. Most here and the board believe NEU's share price is currently undervalued. So its an opportune time to pickup shares below what is considered fair value.
The company isnt short of cash for the trials that need to be run so there is no better alternate option there to use the cash. If we were trying to fund 2 trials on a bank balance of $20m then a SBB would be bonkers.
A capital return to shareholders is really the last option that should be used. "I cant think of anything smarter to do with the cash - here have some." Buying undervalued shares is ahead of a cash return on the decision tree IMO.
When the SP is in the $20's we would all want to be back able to buy at todays price.
