yes i thought the same. If this is successful in phase 3 retts i doubt a $25 mill upfront for ROW will cut it.... would be the cheapest grab in biotech history. Acadia puts the NA market at peak sales of around $500 mill USD and normally global markets are split 60:40 - so that assumes approx $300 mill USD for ROW annually. The ROW partner would not need to sink in the investment (albeit there may be more jurisdictional data required) or risk that acadia has so far more than $25 mill USD upfront would be needed to get a slice of that $300 mill per year pie.
