Ummm....no.
2591 was always going to be the next molecule to get developed. My guess is that they've pursued MS as a "gateway" to go through phase I rather than dilute the brand with a second FXS or TBI candidate. It then acts as a "backup molecule" in case the 2566 trials fail. If you look back at the dim distant past, 2566 was once the "back up molecule".
If 2566 fails in TBI or FXS then they can try 2591. No idea if 2591 is seen as having potential with Rett.
