The obvious indication Acadia had allowed for sales of rights to others would be the discount price they paid which, in-turn, collapsed the SP. Therefore there is no reason to deal solely with Acadia, or offer them any discounted access, regarding other markets. They have their obligations to meet fairly in accordance with the deal they achieved.
The ROW is now our opportunity to restore value in the company to where it should be ... and I hope management are leveraging all the Acadia requirements getting Trof to release for the benefit of the next rights sales. After all this time, I don't want to have another poorly explained sale announcement either.
