Hope any one or the board can tell:
- What is the reason why there was no Trading Halt on announcement - or this deal was not that important? There is another one for the rest of the world? They should give us more time to digest the information prior to re-open for accumulate/reduce holdings.
- Why there is no indication from board/CEO about the deal ? It is good or is it bad? At least an indication for us to expect explanation is coming.
- If the share price keep dipping below $1.30, would it be off the US institutions' investment radar? As it becomes a sub USD1 company
