I'm going to go out on a limb and say they will have circa 900 on Daybue (appx 70M Q3 sales). no way Acadia world spend $100M upfront plus who knows how much to get through to international sales, if the new patient uptake rate plateaued in Q1. With access getting better (more coverage) and good feedback from the Rett community, I wouldn't be surprised if the uptake rate per month resembled a bell curve.
