Given the highly similar MoA between trofinetide and 2591 I give it a much higher probability of success in P2 than your average drug.
Acadia understand this and have licensed it for Rett and Fragile X which gives them an opportunity to evergreen Rett with a pharmacologically superior drug when trofinetide rolls off patent.
