Fantastic deal. I am a little hesitant about ACAD's capabilities in other geographies but they have proven themselves to be a fantastic partner within North America with the results to date. It is possible (likely) that they may involve other partners for very niche markets to help accelerate option of the product in different markets. Based on my experience, expanding to other geographies is a very long slog even for good operators - so don't expect that anytime soon!
With that being said there is so much opportunity with Daybue in Northern America + Fragile X & all 2591 indications that we will have plenty of news flow in the medium term whilst the geography expansion and further regulatory work is completed.
