Excellent result. I was prepared to be disappointed by a messy deal involving multiple partners with logistical hurdles around marketing, manufacturing and approvals that would also erode any upfronts and royalties. This was really the only logical path forward given the earlier statements that big pharma wasn't interested without NA being part of the deal. Great to see the deal include some clarity regarding future developments too. Exceptional!
