    i really doubt neuren would be around by this time next year should 1 or 2 phase 2 trials be successful. I see this agreement as a precursor to a full take over of Neuren by Acadia. It would make more sense for Acadia to pay Neuren out as opposed to paying big milestones payment and annual royalties
