Acadia have just bought a license for NNZ2591 without Phase 2 trial results.

That will be the point where the For Sale sign may be put up.

But, as per Acadia, it may not stop other companies from making offers. It is likely to be a gold rush, so a very juicy offer early may get it done.

In addition, it means numbers for US Retts on Daybue and the longer term success of the treatment for sufferers will be clear after more than 12 months.

I agree with GC on numbers, I think in 12 months we will be in the thousands, not hundreds, in US using Daybue. And increasing.

2667 Daybue users is US$1,000,000,000 in sales = A$180,000,000 in revenue to NEU @Ave 12% royalty. A$1.40 per share revenue. NEU is a low overhead company. Milestones, upfronts and PRV vouchers are not included in that revenue.

Forward looking A$50 is madness for a TO even if done today.

I reckon $150 is more accurate when forward looking and looking not that far ahead.
If you look forward further with NNZ2591 A$150 looks like a bargain.
