I think the buyout comes once P3 is completed. Acadia have back-ended the payments so this would be a trigger for them to review if they pay the agreed milestone payments and royalties or move to own the asset.
Typical rent vs buy analysis. If Acadia has the cash to spend they may well choose to improve Trofinetide margins through buying Neuren.
