Can someone remind me of the significance of "$1.84" compared to say $1.71 or $2.33 or any number for that matter? Seems inordinately low given we are at $1.72.
I say let them have the loan shares but make the price $2.84 - everyone OK with that?
That's a minimum SP baseline that would be more inclusive of retail shareholder expectations let's call it the: Shareholders Have A Real Expectation of Premium Returns In (any) Commercial Events (the SHARE PRICE) premium.
