fatality or maybe not, right at the turn of this period and precisely 24 May 2018, Neuren gets the go-ahead for the European patent that was missing the appeal and that covers all the diseases that potentially Trofinetide can face.
perhaps when Treagus talks about Europe as a key element for the full commercial success of Trofinetide it does not joke. perhaps this element of the European patent was responsible for the long period of ambiguity that we have traveled as if it were the missing piece for the feasibility of the partnership.
