It's good news but not surprising. Neuren have done a robust and clinical job in locking down their IP for a long time now. Dr T. is all over building value by making the technology exclusive and increase bargaining power.
I wouldn't have expected anything less.
SP is up could be due to the ann, but $2.50 was also the upward support line for the SP. Looks like support is respected and on the way up again.
