davidtsao15/others: I hope that he has not forgotten his Novartis background and connections. Therefore, perhaps not just "a great deal" but for instance a deal in EUROPE with Novartis and another deal in ASIA-PACIFIC with another partner.
Of course any BP like Novartis could cover the whole ROW.
Mr. Basile together with the NEUREN top management should be in a very good position to work out the best possible outcome for the company. Wonder when that "ROW event" will happen timing-wise??
