The point I’m making here, is that logically this is how to structure a deal that manages to achieve the objectives of both comps and brings about the best results for sufferers of these diseases.
It’s a fast and simple deal. The extended timeframe is too establish the market value here.
A deal like this back ends the risks for ACAD, and leaves the upside there for any NEU shareholders who want to go for the longer term.
I would be very happy to take 35% cash and 65% shares.
