    It definitely allows for acquisitions. It does not have to be all of the $250m.

    ACAD have MC of AU$8.4Bn, over AU$750M in cash. Would you think they are capable of taking NEU out for AU$300m cash and AU$900m I stock. They would need to issue 12.5M new shares.

    Would you be happy with that deal?.
