yeah it's a little disappointing to not know specifics like these, but on the flip side if you were talking to a number of parties(or just one, or none for that matter) you'd want to be holding all the cards. Negotiating deals is an art where whoever is the most informed holds the leverage. I'm totally fine for it to play out and trust that the best option on the table will be the one pursued.
