Medium term the on screen buy/sell ratios oscillate uniformly. IMO, reason being the stock is illiquid and a market maker has free rein to gradually accumulate (certainly over the past little while).
When she's a-gonna pop (if it in fact does) is anybody's guess, but current action does not give much of a clue to timeline.
That will be fundamentals driven and there is plenty of potential ammo in the pipeline. Let's wait and see.
