Not the first time we have missed dates!
It is clear we will go past Sept 30, but the statement is that negotiations will continue into Q4 - what we don't know is how far. 2 weeks? 2 Months?
They may even have an in-principle agreement on the table subject to FDA orphan drug designation for NNZ-2591 and things may move quickly once this comes through. Who knows?
I expect the SP to ramp again once the FDA decision is released.
