Looks like Neuren has picked up another industry award - I spied it on the header of yesterday’s announcement but it didn’t register until today (I thought it was referring to the Blakey Award they won recently). Side note: I’m tipping Tuesday 12 December for PMS results readout.

Also, assuming positive results, I’m very interested in the March/April/May 2024 time period for the following potential events:

31 March - Type B Meeting with FDA re PMS Results/Further Trials
Jon has mentioned the importance of this meeting a number of times (including its impact on partnering discussions) and the meeting must be scheduled by the FDA within 60 days of being requested. I can’t see NEU dragging their heels requesting this meeting after Phase 2 results come out and am assuming they will make contact in December or early in the New Year. (I am not sure if I’m being optimistic but for the patients’ sake, I hope this meeting is not pushed out to 30 June or beyond).

30 April - Phase 2 Results Readout Pitt Hopkins Syndrome
The clinical trials.gov site still has 30 April 2024 as the anticipated study completion date.

8 May - Acadia’s Q1 2024 Earnings Call
Acadia will report the third full quarter of Daybue sales (fourth quarter if you include the first partial quarter of sales) and this will set the scene for 2024 total sales. This was the date that they held last year’s call so I’ve copied it.

Anyway, just some musings while we wait….
