I have a theory for an outside-chance as to how it'd be possible in the medium-term (lets' say inside 12 months).

It requires a bunch of stars aligning, but I'm bored... so on the off chance that anyone else is too:

1. Assume they are looking seriously at the NASDAQ (humour me - I took the Q&A that way)
2. IMO the only way they'd have William Buckley's medium-term is under the Capitlisation with Revenue standard
3. Where the eff are they getting USD$90M revenue this FY? I have NFI. Do mgmt know that an Asia deal and/or something with 2591 is around the corner? They have been banging on about Asia ad-nauseum of late. The director buying out of the blue was interesting. I'm not banking on it, but I'm not writing it off.
4. How could they possibly hit the capitilisation/SP requirements? This would require a significant and sustained re-rate, to a valuation that's (IMO) closer to fair. Point 3 would help. Anticipation of Phase III Trof results could help too. It's a big ask for that to happen soon, but IMO not entirely out of the question (I've been accumulating for a reason).
5. Where are they getting the market makers from? This could play into the calls with US/EU funds that Jon has apparently been on.

Obviously I'm not expecting any of this. I guess my general premise is that if they're in talks re (3), then it's not out of the question that they're planning next steps. If they aren't, well... any theories other than an OTC listing?
