NEU has some experienced INSTO & Hedge Fund investors. My guess is that they would surely prefer a DEAL that mitigates RISK and provides CERTAINTY OF FUNDS for their Return on Investment and their CLIENTS (e.g. a trade sale / buy-out).
This strategy would suit me too.
A US listing would likely be an expensive stressful uncertain dilutive process in my humble opinion.... oh, the pain !
