That is something I have been wondering - how do you have a control group? Surely everyone needs to still get the hypothermic treatment so as to maintain rigour. Which would mean that we are looking for improvement over and above hypothermic treatment, with everyone getting hypothermic treatment, some getting vehicle, some getting drug?
Or is it different when its a time critical injury and they do what Eagle suggest and just provide the treatment and look for straight improvement over and above current standard of care?
