This is more of a hopeful wish on my part. I'd imagine that a preemptive dose of 2591 will not cause any safety issues especially as relates to an increase in IGF-1 simply because the natural balance of this hormone is already disturbed.
The safety profile of 2591 is very robust, but these are infants so it remains to be seen whether it's possible.
