The deal certainly wasn't what the market was expecting (or perhaps wanting....yours truly included) but it's clearly been structured with the long-term goal in mind. Last time I looked, the directors' duties didn't include maximising the short-term share price for the benefit of traders and short-term investors. Lots of companoes where that seems to be the key focus and they don't always end well as I'm sure you know.....

Well done for selling out prior to the recent massacre but no need to belittle those who chose to stay in. We all make and live with our own decisions.
