Government dept. The FDA. It seems to be about the process. The priority seems to be about the process. What about the kids? Retts is a horrible condition. Children and their families to suffer for years more? Trofenitide has been proven to help and no signs of side effects.
Why not give it a go and measure how well it works as you go??. FDA should be there to help. Obama declared year of the brain recently. He is aware. I hope they go political.
