We still have Fragile X syndrome to come (which by the way is over 60x more common in the USA) - much wider market to sell to. And concussion after that.
The SP has essentially halved based on ~1/3 of NEU's possible business. Nothing is stopping NEU from gathering more evidence and applying again after speaking with the FDA. As mentioned by a previous poster a few days ago some other biotechs have had to apply 3 times before finally getting it.
