Mr Market hasn't even scratched the surface of NEU yet and your calcs while optimistic are actually achievable and may even be surpassed but the elephant in the room is 2591 and whether BP will allow P2 results to eventuate.
As has been discussed before, I don't think NEU will see out CY 2024, the price will be the big question mark but I think we're in good hands with JP.
