Patient dosing and assessment takes almost 20 weeks. Patients are being assessed in three age group bands. Age group bands must be assessed sequentially, starting with the oldest group. There must be an independent review of tolerability and safety data completed for each age group prior to commencing the next age group.
So, expect a minimum 60 weeks and a few more weeks for data compilation before announcement of results.
Phelan Mcdermid results are expected first. The Phelan McDermid trial commenced in August and the Angelman trial in July.
I don’t see first results being released before November next year.
