Market is up again today, nearly 100 points, yet we are down 3%. Frustrating. So i have emailed a number of questions to Jon. Along the lines of; 1. good to see directors buying. Will he be doing the same? Any not just taking freebie options. 2. Why didn't you advise the market of the enrollment numbers when Lavender stopped? Nothing in contract that i see precludes this. 3. Is TBI dead in the water?
4. Early March there was a positive Ann re additional findings with 2691 in PMS. Will same follow up be done on the 2 other 2591 indications? If not why not? 5. Cash is needed. What are you prices of funds? Raising? Japan deal? Trof milestones?
if i don't get satisfactory answers i will be making plenty of noise at the AGM. My overall message was to communicate with shareholders better. Nothing in the ASX listing rules precludes them from giving updates, even if deemed not market sensitive. phlipper
