Carbon based fertilisers? I think what he is attempting to say is: Fertilisers produced using a source that emits carbon. Nothing like muddying the waters with terminology. Or is there the suggestion that we are going to start taxing compost? Who knows. I am not sure why I waste my time visiting this forum.
