not sure how you got to that assumption, but to play along... as long as the option price stays above 1.5c (original PAAO price plus PAAOA PRICE) then quiet a lot of people will pretty happy, currently up 5x. It all depends on who bought what when.
converting to heads is another matter and similar to above, if you paid 1.5c and converted today, then you'll be in the black as of today. Still 17 months to expiry... I'll take my chances
