No i dont think there is any intentional manipulation to hold the price down. Its something i hear in every single stock when there is price stagnation or reversal.
I was commenting on the comment that they have said once we get clearance to start the trial that the price should climb. Why?
I didn't say that they are wrong that 42c may be a sensible buy if one anticipates a $$ end game.
