There are long term holders, short term speculating .. and everything in between. Short term speculating, quick returns - the lottery of sentiment & momentum. For whatever reason , sentiment & momentum is against us at the moment - probably one person needing to "cash-up" part of a decent holding - turning things dour.
Once a significant player decides to take a position, and buying is evident, sentiment & momentum will change.
In the meantime, MT and team keep delivering. It is a small team at NUZ for the task at hand - I'm sure MT had all resources focused on getting the IND submitted this side of Xmas. Now it's done, over the next 30 days, while awaiting a response & a bit more time at hand, perhaps some of the marketing and addressing lack of liquidity in the register is a worthwhile task.
