IMO, the following is key: While it would be great to hear what MT had to say when slide 11 hit the screen, the table on the left of this slide offers some insights into where we're heading and what work is underway with Ncardia.
Note the two highlighted boxes are results we already know - the reduction of TDP-43 aggregation and improvement in neural signalling and neuronal outgrowth. These results are detailed in subsequent slides and make excellent reading for any new SHs.
What is most interesting is the non-highlighted 'readouts', which I take to be work already underway with Ncardia.
What a list! Almost like the company is fleshing out in detail the full MoA for NUZ-001 (see latest video https://player.vimeo.com/video/1081721279 at the 1:01:26 mark). And if these stack up folks, we're in disease modifying territory, not just symptom management or slowing of progression.
Add into the mix the pre-clinical results in AD and PD (see below from the recent 4C) both due in the next 6 weeks and we're a red hot chance to be north of 20 cents before the FDA clinical hold lifts.
