A work plan to gather information as MT put it could be something less than a trial. May be it is about gathering the required information from animals that are currently using Monepantel - so some form of enrolment into that information gathering exercise, time needed to gather the information, then analyse and present to the FDA and then awaiting feedback from the FDA. Just a wild guess more than anything else but it certainly does not sound quick (or only relatively quick in biotech timeframes).
