This is definitely not a presentation for a cap raise. After how good the results were, I would be very confident that you will now get institutional money coming in, and perhaps even someone taking a significant stake (with the limited free float left!)
Before the results I was concerned we may not see a big ramp up in sales in Europe until FDA clearance early next year, however you can now say with high probability the German and Austrian distribution team will be firing on all cylinders with such great scientifically proven results to sell the story. Expect big orders at last in the final quarter.
A capital raise is therefore u likely to be needed, and definitely not until next year. By then we will have proven revenue streams, sell side coverage and a market cap most likely double from here...
Therefore capital raise would be only MAX 10% of market cap, and probabaly involve institutional backing.
So it comes when the stock is trading at 80c, and your dilution takes it down to 75c.
