You're either deluded or in on it.
At the very least they have failed to provide change of interest notices and declare associates whilst breaching the 20% rule.
I suspect it runs far deeper than that and across interests other than SOC.
Current behaviours of chasing white elephants indicate they're after a P&D to repeat the cycle cos they keep getting away with it.
