I don’t know if it’s been mentioned already but there was a change in substantial holder notice, also this morning. The Bank of Nova Scotia (registered in Canada), through its controlled entities, has been buying up through late October right up until December 12. It’s increased its stake from 44million shares to 57.6million shares. It bought shares at prices ranging from 40c to 51.32c (averaged) and confirms that accumulation has been taking place, even as the share price fell back from recent highs. Good to know the project is attracting money from Canada and a boost to confidence in this project.
Currently 954million shares on issue, giving Market Cap of $448m. Enterprise value under $400m. Still great value with plant in place, proximity of deposits, outstanding NN discovery still open, high price of gold, interest rates to fall, and significant tax losses to offset future profits. Back on a buy for me in the 40-50c range.
