I feel Beument is a proven performer when he is directly in charge , that does not mean he would be best for GCY as he will likely have someone else in charge given he has many irons in the fire now , but who and what set up do you suggest instead ?

I do know that there has been some light hearted informal chat with a couple of capable mine managers not too far away from GCY which is interesting as I had felt GCY would have just got a contractor to run the underground ,
Guess probably nothing will come of mining it themselves , maybe just playing their cards with a red herring to show they do not have to suffer extortionate contract pricing
