Two good announcements from SNG and ICL today, wonder was it just coincidence that the Gold Price was up strongly overnight. IMHO both SNG and ICL are both long term plays, so a lot of patience is going to be required, I am thinking possibly 3 to 5 years, and this all depends on firstly finding economic amounts of gold, then proving up a resource, which requires enormous amounts of successful drilling, and that doesn’t happen overnight. I believe the story of both companies is still in its infancy, but with further exploration success it will grow. Right now it is small parcels of shares changing hands, small spec punters and traders, some of them flipping the shares to make enough for a slab of beer, a big mac or a happy meal. If the drilling going forward is successful and economic and the resource estimates are upgraded and proven, then this will attract a different type of investor and the share price will appreciate considerably. A very wise person once told me years ago that the money in the share market transfers from the hands of the impatient , to the hands of the patient.
